- Lee Bergere,Star Trek#77: The Savage Curtain, TV, 1968. (Stardate 5906.4). Lenard, of course, was Spock’s father, the Romulan Commander and Amabassador Sarek. He had escaped outer space for“the resident bad guy/rich man” in Here Come the Brides. And so, even with the Christmas hiatus, he did not have enough days off to recreate Abraham Lincoln in the special by Trek creator Gene Roddenberry.
