2. - Deborah Kerr, Quo Vadis, 1951.  When Gregory Peck had to leave, his leading lady, Elizabeth Taylor, also quit. A new hunt  began for a new Lygia... Three years later, Valerie retired on marrying John Profumo, the British politician later destroyed by the 1963 Christine Keeler affair.
