- James Darren, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, TV, 1998-1999. A novel notion for the final year of the finest Trek series - a holographic saloon singer with his own nightclub on DS9. Vic Fontaine was written for Frank Sinatra Jr and went on down to Robert Goulet, Tom Jones, Lawrence and Jerry Vale until Darren, a Sinatra family friend, made it his own.
