1. – Leticia Roman, Fanny Hill: Memories of a Woman of Pleasure, US-Germany, 1964. The first Fanny, aged 16, was discovered in a San Francisco ice-cream store by producer Albert Zugsmith’s son-in-law, George Costello. And Jill was wisely removed by her father from the production where, according to future director Uli Lommell (playing Fanny’s main guy at 19), everything was more lurid than anything in Russ Meyer’s movie brothel. Or, in Zugsmith’s notorious lecher reputation in Hollywood.
