Geoffrey Keen

1. – Eric Berry, The Edge of the World, 1937. Director Michael Powell wanted a father and son actors  as a father and son. But Malcolm Keen, le pere, did not agree and Geoffrey Keen, le  fils, lost out at age 18.  He later became a trusty British  character player – 124 screen roles from 1946-91, including succeeding Bernard Lee as 007’s boss. Although he was never called  M.
