Wayne Brady, The List, 2006. The TV game show host and producer took over from R&B singer Usher (they’ve each played more than 70 screen roles) as the poor guy composing a list of what he hopes for in a wife. Basically, a When Harry Met Sally redux. When Wayne met Sydney Tamiia Poitier… daughter of we all know who, right?
Lee Thompson Young, Rizzoli & Isles, TV, 2010-2014. Back up for the latest take on Cagney & Lacey,Barry Frost was a computer wiz, scared of corpses and blood. Creator Janet Tamaro wasn’t sure if he should be an actor or musician. Like Chadwick Boseman and Michael B Jordan (far too big in movies), Nate Parker, Robert Ri’chard, Khelo Thomas, Jaleel White or rap/R&B stars Raymond, HGinuwine, Donald Glover, Marques Houston, Romeo Miller, Ne-Yo, Usher Raymond or Columbus Short. We’ve found two more titles for Jack – Wall Street, Scent of a Woman - and just one extra for Marlon (The Killer Inside Me). Result: Jack now tops the league with 179 films compared to Brando’s 173. A BOND MISS

It’s more doubtful that the next Bond will be Aaron Taylor-Johnson. Not because his name is longer than any 007 title. But from August (and instead of Adam Driver, Brad Pitt, Keanu Reeve or John David Washington,) he has his own Marvel to nuture,. Kraven the Hunter – fifth film in the Spideyverse. (Aaron was an Amazing Spider-Man contender in 2010). He’s also into the WWII bomb heist, Fuze, and joins M-that-was, Ralph Fiennes, in the 28 Years Later chapter from Danny Boyle – who, of course, directed Daniel Craig and his ultimate Bond Girl, The Queen, for the 2012 London Olympics.
