Stock Company) was given Tilden - which was then, immediately passed on to Watson!  Still, in 215 screen credits, he’d  been everyone from Thomas Jefferson and Robert E Lee to the Scorpion, serial nemesis of Don Winslow of the Navy, 1941.
  3. Cy Kendall, Valley of the Giants, 1937.   Warner records reveal that after testing as Sheriff Grabber, Litel wound up playing Hendricks in the conservation thriller way ahead of its time. During 1929-1967, the Wisconsin actor  won 216 screen roles.
