John Abineri, Blakes 7: Hostage, TV, 1978. The Portugal-born Scottish Lamont - known for Mutiny on the Bounty, 1961, and various Hammer films - died in harness while making the show’s 21st episode. His scenes were re-shot with Albineri (a regular on Doctor Who casting lists) taking over as Ushton.
