  1. Russell Hopton, Bad Guy, 1936.   Bruce Cabot was always the power lineman headed towards – wait for it – the electric chair. (He even mensed it).  But the he gambler Charlie Edwards went from Chicagoan Willis to New York’s Hopton. Between them they made  236 movies, mainly in the 30s/40s.
