Suzanne Holman

  1. Peggy Ann Garner, Jane Eyre, 1943.  Before selling his entire package (Garnert, Joan Fontaine, Orson Welles, director Robert Stevenson, writers John Houseman, Aldous Huxley) to 20th Century-Fox, David O  Selznick planned to make the film with Vivien Leigh.  With her daughter, Suzanne, as the young Jane.  Her father did not agree. One actress in  the family was more than enough.  They had a tendency to run  off with their leading man…  like Leigh with Laurence Olivier.
