Tom Towles

1. – Michael Rooker, Henry, Portrait of a Serial Killer, 1986. The ex-US Marine auditioned to be the pathological mass murderer – director John McNaughton gave him Otis. Towles used his improv comedy background in a scene with Rooker and Tracy Arnold. Working as a janitor at the time, Rooker became a star character player before Henry was released in ’89, winning a 100 more screen roles in the next 24 years… including 14 in 2010!
