1. – Butch Patrick, The Munsters, TV, 1964-66. Bill was still billed as Billy when his folks felt the Eddie Munster make-up wouldn’t be good for his complexion. He replacement, Nate Derman, was also replaced – “too aggressive” in the unseen pilot – and Butch was Eddie when Billy guested as an “incorrigible brat” in the Come Back, Little Googie episode, 1965.
