Jane Levy

  1. Megan Fox, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, 2013.    Wearing his producer’s hat, director Michael Bay staggered Hollywood by giving April to the girl he had sacked from Transformers: Dark of the Moon, 2011, for comparing him to Hitler. Levy and Elizabeth Olsen had been in the loop.  Plus Anna Kendrick who – astonishingly – had also been seen for April… in 1989!!!
  2. Laura Harrier, Spider-Man: Homecoming, 2016. Or… Chapter Four of Phase Three in the Marvel Cinematic Universe!  A new girlfriend was required for the new Spidey (Tom Holland). Evil Dead’s Levy and Maze Runner’s Kaya Scodelario were in with a chace until Chicago’s Harrier showed up, fresh from 40 chapters of One Life To Live,2013.
  3. Halle Bailey, The Little Mermaid, 2021.  TV’s Zendaya and Jane Levy were leaders of the pack vying for the titular Ariel as Disney continued struggling with diversity in its castjng. Tragically, the early release of the caused a b(l)acklash from the usual racists farting on anti-social media about the choice of the exquisite Bailey. Also in the mermix were Maya Hawke and Lindsay Lohan.  The Covid 19 pandemic delayed the release until 2023,
