Louis Lettieri

  1. Jerry Hartleben, The Buccaneer, 1958.        Five young teenagers were seen for Miggs: Louis Lettieri, Ronnie Sorensen, Bucko Stafford – and, the obvious winner, Duncan Quinn, son of the debuting director Anthony Quinn, and grandson of the producer, the legendary CB De Mille producer. But no, nepotism didn’t work for once in Hollywood and Hartleben won! Lettierei became the most successful of the quintet – winning 43 screen roles (withJack Benny, Alfred Hitchcock, Roy Rogers, Red Skelton, etc) during 1950-1960.
