1. – Michael Palin, Around The World In 80 Days, TV, 1989. While shooting A Fish Called Wanda, preparing American Friends and getting interest in his script of The Weekend, Palin was asked to recreate Phileas Fogg’s journey – on surface transport only, accompanied by two film crews for a series of seven 50-minute BBC documentaries.
