ZZ Top

  1. Clarence Clemons, Martha Davis and Fee Waybill,  Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure,1988.  At first, the Three Most Important People in the World in the crazy time-travelling phone booth  classic were supposed to be ZZ Top.  When that didn’t work out, co-scenarist Ed Solomon mentioned he knew Clemons of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band… Waybill of The Tubes… and  he added  Martha Davis of The Motels to complete the threesome. Perfect!
